A numeric hollow inverted half pyramid is a pattern where numbers are arranged in an inverted half pyramid shape, and the interior is empty (hollow). Each row contains the numbers from 1 to the row number, and the rest of the elements in the row are empty spaces.

Let's write a C++ program to generate the numeric hollow inverted half pyramid based on the number of rows specified by the user:

In the code above, we use two nested loops. The outer loop i controls the number of rows, and the inner loop j prints the numbers in each row along with spaces between them. The numbers in each row are printed from 1 to the row number i. As we move up the pyramid (decreasing i), the numbers in each row decrease as well. The interior is made hollow by not printing spaces after the last number in each row.
