Lecture 26:- Numeric Palindrome Equilateral Pyramid

A numeric palindrome equilateral pyramid is a pattern where each row forms a palindrome, and the pattern is shaped like an equilateral pyramid. A palindrome is a sequence of characters that reads the same backward as forward. In this pattern, the numbers in each row form a palindrome, and each row contains numbers from 1 up to the row number.

Here's an example of a numeric palindrome equilateral pyramid with 5 rows:

markdownCopy code

      1    1 2 1  1 2 3 2 1 1 2 3 4 3 2 1

Let's write a C++ program to generate the numeric palindrome equilateral pyramid based on the number of rows specified by the user:

cppCopy code

#include <iostream> int main() {    int rows;    std::cout << "Enter the number of rows: ";    std::cin >> rows;    for (int i = 1; i <= rows; i++) {        // Print spaces before the numbers in each row        for (int space = 1; space <= rows - i; space++) {            std::cout << "  ";        }        // Print numbers in increasing order        for (int num = 1; num <= i; num++) {            std::cout << num << " ";        }        // Print numbers in decreasing order (excluding the last number)        for (int num = i - 1; num >= 1; num--) {            std::cout << num << " ";        }        std::cout << std::endl;    }    return 0; }

Example output for rows = 4:

markdownCopy code

      1    1 2 1  1 2 3 2 1 1 2 3 4 3 2 1

In the code above, we use three nested loops. The outer loop i controls the number of rows and is used to print the pyramid pattern. The first inner loop space prints the spaces before the numbers in each row to align the pyramid correctly. The second inner loop num prints the numbers in increasing order, and the third inner loop num (starting from i - 1) prints the numbers in decreasing order (excluding the last number) to form the palindrome in each row.

Feel free to experiment with different values of rows to generate numeric palindrome equilateral pyramids of different sizes.
