Radio buttons and checkboxes are HTML form elements used to allow the user to select one or multiple options from a set of options.

Radio buttons are typically used when only one option can be selected, and the user must choose one option. Each radio button is defined with the <input type="radio"> tag and has a value attribute that specifies the value of the option. To group multiple radio buttons together, they should have the same name attribute. For example:

Checkboxes are typically used when multiple options can be selected, and the user can choose one or more options. Each checkbox is defined with the <input type="checkbox"> tag and has a value attribute that specifies the value of the option. For example:

You can use the checked attribute to set the default state of a radio button or checkbox to be selected. For example:
